The Soul in a Bowl offers poached eggs, duck-fat fried herb potatoes, fresh local cheese curds, slow-cooked bacon lardons, and brown butter hollandaise. Try the Truffled Squash Benny, a tantalizing combination of braised butternut squash, truffle mushrooms, and brown butter hollandaise served on a butter croissant. And for a sweet delight, savor the Banana Cream Pie French Toast made with brioche, banana cream, fresh banana, toasted almonds, and fresh whipped cream.

OEB Breakfast Co. operates from 7:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday to Friday and extends its hours to 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays.
